Right now it is only possible to have the products sent by Dropp, right to your home or to a pick up location that you choose.
If a product is returned within 14 days, it will be refunded, if a product is returned within 30 days, it can be exchanged for another product or a credit note. A sales invoice/receipt must be presented that satisfactorily shows when the product was purchased.
The product must be unused, in perfect condition. If a product is sealed, it must not be broken. When returning a product, it is based on its original price, unless it is on sale or on a special offer when returning the product. Then the price of the product is based on the day it is returned.
Sale and discount products in store and online cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping and postage charges are non-refundable. Buyer covers the costs of delivering the product back to LaríLei ehf.
Orders are sent out the same day with Dropp Monday-Thursday if ordered before 12.00 that day. Orders registered on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and other holidays will be confirmed no later than the next business day at 12.00.
Deliveries in rural areas take 1-2 business days after Dropp receives it.
