Consumers are encouraged to read these terms carefully before shopping at LaríLei ehf.

LaríLei ehf reserves the right to cancel orders, for instance due to incorrect price information. Information about prices and quantities in stock is published subject to typing errors.
II. Product delivery
All orders are delivered by Dropp within two business days in the capital area. Orders outside the capital area can take up to four business days.
Home delivery is offered by Dropp in the capital area and the Southwest corner, others will go to a Dropp delivery location. Home deliveries are delivered between 17:45-22:00 on weekdays.

Delivery, warranty and guarantee and product terms are as stated in the terms of Dropp. If the product is damaged from the time the product is delivered to the carrier, the damage is the buyer's responsibility.
All prices that can be found on LaríLei.is include both duty and 24% VAT, but shipping costs are added before payment is made.
The seller promises the buyer complete confidentiality regarding all information provided by the buyer in connection with the transaction. You can pay with both credit and debit cards. Teya Iceland hf. is supplies Larílei's payment solutions and therefore their terms and regulations about payment transactions apply.
You can also pay with Netgíró.
IV. Right of Return
If a product is returned within 14 days, it will be refunded, if a product is returned within 30 days, it can be exchanged for another product or a credit note. A sales invoice/receipt must be presented that satisfactorily shows when the product was purchased.
The product must be unused, in perfect condition. If a product is sealed, it must not be broken. When returning a product, it is based on its original price, unless it is on sale or on a special offer when returning the product. Then the price of the product is based on the day it is returned.
Sale and discount products in store and online cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping and postage charges are non-refundable. Buyer covers the costs of delivering the product back to LaríLei ehf.
V. Faulty Product
LaríLei tries to the best of its ability to guarantee the quality of its products, however, if the situation arises that product quality is lacking, the law on consumer purchases no. 48/2003 applies. If a buyer is dissatisfied in any way, we encourage the buyer to contact us so that we can resolve the issue together.
VI. Laws & Forums
This term is in accordance with Icelandic law. If a case arises it shall be tried before the Reykjavík District Court.
